Function Room 

(Holds a Maximum of 80 people)

Situated on the top floor, our Function Room has spectacular views over Coogee Beach (as photo's above show) and is ideal for birthdays, weddings or special functions including a fully equipped private bar. The Function Room can cater for 50 people sit down/formal, or up to 80 people stand up/cocktail functions.

A CD player with surround speakers is also available to help provide entertainment or background music.

Function room hire cost :

$300 for 5 hours room hire. Be aware cost of bar Steward for 5 hours is $35/hr.

Suitable also for corporate seminars, conferences, workshops and presentations. (Please see Seminars/Conferences for further information.)

Verandah Hire  

(Holds a Maximum of 30 People)

Monday to Thursday  - $100 for 5 hours

Friday to Sunday - $200  for 5 hours

SEPERATE LEVELS AND NOT HIRED TOGETHER
